SlickPic.com was created by a group of digital photographers who decided to make the best online photo hosting and sharing site possible. They tried other sites and wanted to improve on what was available. Our commitment to members is to address your concerns within reasonable expectations. We take customer satisfaction seriously and strive to achieve the best quality and service. We will make every effort to ensure that your images are treated with care by our trained professional enhancement staff to produce amazing photos. However, it is important to realize that due to the subjective nature of photo retouching, the possibility for misinterpretation does exist.

If you are unsatisfied:

1. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the enhanced photo you receive, shoot us a note describing the problem in the space provided at the bottom of the order page and we'll have our editors take another attempt at improving your photo. Please let us know what needs to be adjusted. Our technicians will review your comments and work on your image again to ensure that you are happy with the final photo.

2. Having further instructions from the member usually enables us to fix things quickly and effectively the 2nd time around. We will continue to review your photos until you are completely satisfied.

3. Although your satisfaction is of ultimate importance to us, we regret that due to the time-sensitive nature of our business and the unfortunate potential for abuse, we are unable to offer monetary refunds for any reason. In the rare instance that reasonable efforts by our technicians to professionally enhance your images did not achieve the intended results for your photo(s) we'll provide credit for a similar number of photo enhancements.
