well, the trip is over. time to go back home. we had to get up at about 3:00 am, left about 4:00 am to drive back to Ft. Lauderdale. Since we drove into Key West under the cover of darkness, this was our first time actually seeing the network of bridges and keys. a beautiful morning, but one of the coldest mornings on record. It was only 47 in Miami!
